HRWorks stores a variety of personal and official information of employees. After you login to HRWorks, you can view information grouped  under different tabs.

How to edit information?

Subject to your organization's rules, you may be able to edit some of your personal/official information. You can change the value in a field (which can be edited by employees) and submit the same for approval by authorized personnel in your organization. Once the authorized personnel approve the change, the new value will be given effect.

Please click the "Edit" button at the bottom of the page to change field values. If the "Edit" button is not visible at the bottom, then it means that your organization does not allow any of the information to be edited by employees. In such a case, you need to make a change request to your HR team and they will make the change as per your request.

The fields that are shown "enabled" can be edited while those that are shown "disabled" cannot be edited.

  You can change the value in any of the fields that can be edited under different tabs and submit the same by clicking the "Submit" button at the bottom.

 

As soon as you submit the change request, you will be able to see the details of the request made.

Please note that the change request you have made will need to be approved for the changes to take effect. You can see the details of the change requests you have made by clicking the "Change Requests" left menu.

Once the change request is approved

After you change request is approved, you will be able to see the updated field value when you login. 

 You can also see that the status of your change request has been modified from "Submitted" to "Approved"

Please note that your change request can also be rejected or returned by the authorising personnel in your organization. If your change request is rejected, the changes to the field values, initiated by you, will not be given effect.

If your change request is returned by the authorising personnel, you can modify the field values and make a submission for changes once again.
