Please follow the steps below to clear the cookies on your Chrome browser.
1. Go to "Settings" by clicking "3 vertical dots" menu on the top-right of your Chrome browser.
2. On the "Settings" page look for "Privacy and security" menu and click "Site Settings" under "Privacy and security", as shown below.
3. On the "Site Settings" page click "Cookies and site data" menu, as shown below.
4. "On the Cookies and site data" page, click "See all cookies and site data" menu, as shown below.
5. On the "See all cookies and site data" page you can see all the cookies which are stored on your computer, as shown below. You need to delete only those cookies that pertain to "Hinote".
6. Enter "Hinote" in the "Search cookies" field in order to see Hinote's cookies, as shown below.
7. Click the "Remove All Shown" button in order to delete all of Hinote's cookies.
8. Click the "Clear all" button in order to erase the cookies.
9. Once you erase all the cookies from Hinote, you shall see a blank when you enter "hinote" in the search box, as shown below.
10. Once you remove the cookies, you will be able to login to HRWorks without any difficulty. Please close your browser window once and then reopen the browser window before you get to the login page of HRWorks.
