If you do not see an entry for the declaration similar to the above, you should assume that your declaration has not been recorded by HRWorks and you have to submit your declaration once again.
Upload Proof Documents (Optional)
Uploading of proof documents for initial declaration is not mandatory. The feature is for your convenience.
- Uploading proof documents through the year can help you store proof documents as and when you receive the same.
- When you create a declaration the second and the subsequent times, the proof documents uploaded earlier will be carried forward to the new declaration. You need to add the additional proof document only for the fresh item in the new declaration.
- Please do not upload the same proof document repeatedly across declarations.
- When you submit an initial declaration as a final declaration, all proof documents uploaded earlier will be carried to the final declaration.
- Please note that there will be no scrutiny of the proof documents uploaded as part of the initial declaration. The scrutiny of proof documents will be carried out only at the time of approving the final declaration.’
- You can choose not to upload proof documents to initial declarations and upload proof documents only as part of final declaration.
Print the Declaration
After you submit the declaration, you can click the “Generate Top Sheet” button at the bottom of the screen to download/print the declaration you have submitted. You would see the declaration sheet opening in a PDF file.
