HRWorks enables storage of organization policies for employee viewing and acceptance by way of a workflow. If employee acceptance is enforced, employees will need to read and accept the policies on HRWorks. Once a policy is marked as accepted, HRWorks shall store the date and time of policy acceptance by the employees. 

Viewing Organization Policies 

Click the "Information" top menu to view the policies listed by your organization.

Policy Acceptance

Your organization may require you to "accept" policies online for some or all of its policies. The process of acceptance refers to employees clicking an "accept" button thereby indicating that they have read the policy and will be in compliance of it.

Under the "Information" top menu, click the "To be Accepted" menu item.

Click the "+" icon to open the policy to be accepted.

Click the accept button in order to accept the policy. You can download the policy for reading it.

Policy Acceptance While Logging into HRWorks

Your organization may require you to accept some or all policies once. In order to enforce acceptance, you may see the screen pertaining to policy acceptance as soon as you login. Once you accept all the policies, you will be able to proceed with the login process. Please note that policy acceptance is a one-time requirement and you will not be required to accept a policy again when you login the next time.
